My research notes indicate that Ann Elizabeth Holtzclaw who married John Frederick Fishback was born during the timeframe 1715-1725 and apparently died before the making of her father's will 15 Jan 1759. I haven't researched John Frederick Fishback at all but BCH gives his date of death as 1782 in Culpeper County. Possibly John Frederick Fishback left a will or estate? I do have a notation in pencil with a question mark that Ann Elizabeth Holtzclaw was a first wife of John Frederick Fishback. I have no idea if that is true or, if true, who the second wife was. The Elizabeth Holtzclaw who married John Duncan had two sons that I am aware of--John born 1782 and Thomas born 1785. Possibly there were other children but they are unknown to me. It would appear to me that John Frederick Fishback and John Duncan did not marry the same woman. The Ann Elizabeth Holtzclaw, b. ca. 1715, that married John Frederick Fishback is the daughter of Jacob and Anna Margrethe (Otterbach) Holtzclaw, so you have 2 different Elizabeth Holtzclaws.
