Is there a Germanna website that has information on which researchers are tracking which families? I noted that in the attached email on the Zimmerman / Albrecht question that there were some Yowells in Germanna since the Yowell name is included in the following reference from the Z / A question; [ii] Johni Cerny and Gary J. Zimmerman, Before Germanna #9: The Ancestry of the Zimmerman, Yowell, Mercklin, Wegman and Leatherer Families, (Bountiful, UT: American Genealogical Lending Library, 1990), 21. I'm trying to track members of the Yowell family. Specifically I'm looking for a Cornelius Yowell who was born about 1785 in VA. Cornelius was married to a Clara Ann (?) who was also from VA. Their marriage could have been either in VA, or OH. They had 2 sons born in Ohio in the 1808-1810 time frame, another in Indiana about 1816, and several more both male and female in KY. According to the KY census data they lived there from 1820 through 1850, and ended up in Illinois in 1860 Dick RockCatt@aol.com wrote: > Thank you so much, Cathi! I know that Germanna Foundation President Marc Wheat would like to eventually see a database online the we can all access and add our research. Cathi
