First you have them check to make sure not mixed up with someone elses tests. Then if you do not match I would think one would keep thy mouth shut if the people are alive. Only if there is a serious medical situation would I reveal something as greivous as this to any envovled. If the person did this test and learned not of whom they thought it would be up to that person to make decision to relate it or to just say I do not match the lineage I was expecting too.
