Masons. 1862, 1867. Thatchers. 1851, 1852. Innkeepers. 1862, 1862, 1820. In the early eighteenth century or before then, only one miner is named. Other occupations, more numerous, are carpenters, wheelwrights, and clock makers. It cannot be said that Trupbach was the home of miners in the early eighteenth century.
