Marc: Sorry to hear about the indexing problem. Is there a price available for the book and the book and CD combo? I would like to order in advance, so I can get my hands on that material. If John wrote it, I have no doubt that it will be an excellent addition to my research materials. Please include the amount for shipping, too. I truly appreciate the idea of keeping the CD available, for those who could not attend the reunion. Perhaps, if others would indicate an interest in whether they would like the CD, along with the book, it would give you some idea of how many CDs would have to be made. Then, when the book comes back from the printer, they're ready to go in the mail together. I haven't seen any postings about the reunion. Would somebody like to enlighten us as to what happened? Of course, the possibility exists that a number of attendees are still travelling or, are worn out from all the activities. I'm ENVIOUS!!!!
