That was the third blank one that I've gotten from Germanna recently and I was wondering if the problem was with peoplepc.com, cox.net, my computer or with our Road Runner connection. RootsWeb doesn't allow html coding in list messages and in trying to strip it out often the entire text disappears and a blank message is the result. In a political meeting I attended last night - it was mentioned that some of the attendees had continuing trouble with rr and had to use other addresses. My business experience says some isp's are blocked from time to time for excess spam then released to operate normally. I would check with my isp to see if the incoming is blocked.
