Would I have any Willhoite Blood that could be tested? Can several tests be made from one test? Unfortunately NO. Start with yourself and work backwards up the female line ONLY. The results from your DNA would reflect the earliest female line that you have knowledge of. The only person that can test both paternal and maternal lines is a son for one generation only. He inherits his mother's Mitochrondial DNA but does not pass it along. BUT he can have both tests run from the same sample. I had my brother's test done for both my father and my mother's lines. The Maternal test does not connect you to other people like the paternal line does (y-DNA). One reason is that it is not surnamed based. I hope this helps. Marilyn
