    3. Susan Ann Batteral and Henry President Willhite Some additional information which might help with Susan Ann Batteral and Henry President Willhite Willhite Family Bible http://ingenweb.org/inmontgomery/bibles/willhite.htm Excerpts: "Henry President Willhite b. April 10, 1843" "Henry President H. Willhite was married to Susan Ann BATTERAL May 4, 1864 by Elder Thomas QUILLEN" "Henry P.H. Willhite d. Peru In buried there in the 1930's." Willhite Cemetery http://www.interment.net/data/us/in/montgomery/willhite/willhite.htm Excerpts: "Willhite, Orthaniel, b. 1868 Indiana, d., Indiana, Wm's brother, Son of P.H. & Sarah A Batteral" (** typo, should be Susan) "Willhite, William, b. 1870 Indiana, d. Indiana, Hus of Susan ?, Son of Henry P. H. & Susan Batteral Willhite, Row 5" I agree with another reply to your email that Montgomery County and the Crawfordsville Library have great information: Montgomery County http://ingenweb.org/inmontgomery/ Crawfordsville District Public Library http://www.cdpl.lib.in.us/lh/index.html If you search, remember to try both Wilhite and Willhite, as the same person can be listed either way at different times. I believe that Susan A. (Batteral) Wilhite/Willhite moved to Parke County, Indiana, along with a bunch of other Wilhite/Willhite relatives. Parke County also has a good deal of information http://www.ingenweb.org/inparke/ As with Montgomery County records, if you search, remember to try both Wilhite and Willhite, same person can be listed as either. I believe that Susan A. (Batteral) Wilhite/Willhite rests in Parke County http://www.ingenweb.org/inparke/Deaths/ParkeDeaths1882to1920Page101.htm Excerpt: "SUSAN A WILHITE F W 70 NOV 30 1907 MECCA H-9 50" And, I would suspect (only a guess) that her service was conducted by John Henry Wilhite/Willhite http://www.ingenweb.org/inparke/1927ChurchAndCemetery.htm "The Church of Christ was organized in 1905, and in that summer built a house in West Mecca. The prominence of John Wilhite, a local minister who built the house, accounts for its being called Wilhite's Church. Some of the early members and regular attendants were Dr. and Mrs. Evans, Mr. and Mrs. William Haworth, Mrs. Henry Jones, Mrs. Elmo Vestal, Mrs. Julia Bradfield, Mrs. Mason, and Kate Andrews. Reverend Brat tan was the pastor for some time, and the Reverends John Wilhite and T. J. Freed preached here occasionally. By 1915 services were practically discontinued, and the society was finally dissolved." I hope that this information helps. Sincerely, Rick Willhite Living Willhite, Ross Moore Willhite, Ira Clyde Willhite, James Mathew Willhite, President Hall/Henry Wilhite, Achiles Wilhite/Wilhoit, John Wilhoite, Tobias Wilheit or Matthias Wilheit, Johann Michael Willheit...
