Hello -- Does anyone have a Germanna ancestor who was with William Henry Harrison at the Battle of Tippecanoe? I am trying to put together some information on Germanna ancestors who served in the War of 1812, since its bicentennial is coming right up. The Battle of Tippecanoe (November, 1811) was arguably the first round in the War of 1812 on the frontier. It helped to open up Indiana for settlement, I don't want it to be overlooked the way the Battle of Fallen Timbers has been. (And if you had a Germanna ancestor at that battle, I would like to know that, as well).
