I just wanted to let all of you know hat if you haven't been there, you need to make this a "must go" place n your travel plans for this next year. We spent about three hours there -- which was not nearly enough, but olunteer John Howard gave us a wonderful tour of the exhibits and ermanna-related items available for viewing and an excellent overview f their research library. We also got the chance to meet Melissa Hook and Dr. Frank Turnage. We spent four years stationed in Washington, D.C., and Langley AFB, VA hen I did not realize my Holtzclaw ancestor had been part of the ermanna settlement. This visit was LONG overdue and we sure hope to ake our way back there in the next year. I would encourage all of you to visit the Germanna Web site www.germanna.org) and get the necessary information to make a visit ourself. I also finally got off the dime and joined the Germanna Foundation this ear and would encourage others to do the same.
