Again thank you both, this is going to be a fun trip. It will start in late January and go for the entire year of 2011. I'll be starting up a new plant most of the time, (my employers export a lot to Europe and our customers there want a closer manufacturing site.) But, with German holidays and the extra incentives given me, I should have ample time to do some digging.
