August 2005 on a jaunt to VA I found the below in abstract form from Deed book 10 pg79 6 Nov 1764: To all Chirstian People know that I Jacob Miller of Town of Woodstock in Parish and County of Frederick...for and in consideration of the Love and Goodwill and affection which I have and bear towards the mimbers of the Lutheran Congregation Settled in and about the said Town of Woodstock for the greater advancement of the Protestant Religion have given granted and confirmed unto Martin Fulse Frederick Dellinger and Frederick Hanger forever in Trust and for the sole use of the members of the said Luteran Congregation.....two certain lotts of half acre each in Town of Woodstock known by number 140 and 141 to Erect and build a Church theron and a school house if necessary.....Witnessed by Joseph (H) Hawkins Gabriel Jones Peter Hog recorded 5 Dec 1764 this is signed in German.
