I calculated my degree of cousinhood for Mary Marcin and we are also 7th cousins, once removed. Framily Tree Maker picked John Cristian Wilhoit and Waldburga Weaver for this calculation. I am also descended from Adam Wilheit and Catherine Broyles. So what am I to you, Sarge? I don't have your descent. Hi Virginia, You and I are also 7th cousins, once removed! Small world isn't it? I use RootsMagic for my genealogy databases and it calculates all the relationships. When I calculated how you and I were related, this is what I got: 7th cousin, once removed-ancestors Johannes BREYEL 7th cousin, once removed-ancestor Anna Barbara SCHÖNE 7th cousin, twice removed-ancestor Anna Barbara SCHÖNE 10th cousin, once removed-ancestor Conrad DÜRR You and I and Mary Marcin are related through the same people. We all go back to Johannes BREYEL (John BROYLES) and to Anna Barbara SCHÖNE; Anna's son, Hans Peter "John" FLEISCHMAN married John BROYLES' daughter, Maria Elizabetha BROYLES. 'Course all those FLESHMAN/FLEISCHMAN descendants married into most all the other Germanna families as did the BROYLES and WILHITE/WILHOIT families.
