    3. Steve, I agree with all your conclusions. Most importantly, dates just don't bear out what others have "surmised". As I said, it would have been unusual for Lovel's parents to have been married at such a late age. Solomon must have been married earlier to an unknown wife, from which such marriage resulted in "Lovel". We just have to find some evidence of the earlier marriage.
