    3. Lisa, you are also correct. Using the LDS records is a good starting place where you can gather hints to follow in your research. Again I say, if Ancestry doesn't have a viewable picture of a file, then the data is merely assumed from some other source, usually the Yates Publishing Co., which extracts data from anywhere, usually from other posted data by users at various web sites.
