One thing that I have learned is to search for a source that may have already been entered for the fact that you are using before entering a new one. That way it keeps a smaller source list to navigate. I have been entering my sources by county rather than what type of records they are. e.g. I use Culpeper Co., VA Deed Book rather than Deed Book Culpeper Co., VA. Just my personal choice.
