The Arms and legs are made of dried prunes threaded on a wire. The body of dried figs and the head is a painted walnut. They are dressed as men and women, chimney sweeps or other professions. Superstitions has it, you never will be out of money or happiness if you have a Zwetschgenmännla in your house.
