Hi Heinz, I read them you done a very good job. The way I do translate them. I still have a German measuring cup. I use the German measuring cup and poor it in a cup measurement. A little work, but I will get it done. The only thing some of the ingredients, I can't by here in the States. When I came back in October from Germany, I bought back Bread flour for my bread maker. My whole neighbor hood is eating German bread. It works great. German bread and brie cheese. In the spring I will set down and translate the homemade wine recipes I have from my grandmother.
