Karin: when you're talking tongue, you're talking what my grandma fixed so VERY well, and the oxtail soup is a delicacy in my book -- SO GOOD !! Tongue was served boiled and hot, then later sliced cold for sandwiches. Golly, how the memories flood back !! Dave Ross
