You are all bringing back lots of memories. Dad would buy herring out of the wooden keg at Christmas time, so gooooood. Mom always fixed brains with egg, crackers and salt and pepper and fry in patties. We still do this after butchering time. This has really been great, enjoying everyones stories on thier trips.
