Choose Teleauskunft, and then the English language or German language version. Just type in Muench for the surname, Bad Langensalza for the town, and 99947 for the zip code. After you view the family still living there, you can go back to Teleauskunft and instead of typing in the surname, type in the word Kirchen (German for churches), then Bad Langensalza and the 99947 zip code. That will give you a list of the churches there. Since the info you are seeking is pre-1871, you'll want to look in the church archives for Bad Langensalza.
