Thought I would mention that I have a copy of Volume II of Jones' book The Palatine Families of New York and I am willing to do lookups..(I'm trying to track down Volume I)..The book is arranged alphabetically and Vol II starts with M through Z, but it includes an index for both volumes, so I could at least give page numbers for names before M that would be in Vol I.. In case someone is not familiar with this group..they emigrated from Germany from 1709 onward and settled in New York State on a land grant given to an Englishman..there are, of course, numerous Palatine websites that give an interesting history about these intrepid 'pioneers'....Jerri in Calif...
