The church records of �fingen start already in 1624/1641 (with some holes) and are available at the State Archive in Wolfenb�ttel near Braunschweig, so if you wish I can research your ancestors there. Already in 1662 a Heinrich Schn�cker in Lesse got married to Ottilia Himstedt. This couple might be the ancestors of the Schn�kers in �fingen (Lesse is located not far from �fingen).
