Polhofe - this is just the name of the farm, i.e. it is the farm belonging to someone named Pol or Pohl (more likely) . What could have happened, is that the last male Po(h)l died and there was only a daughter who married someone named Greve. So, even though the owner's name is now Greve, the farm ist still known as the Pohlfarm. Another possibility could be that he lived on the farm but was not the owner.
