E-mail the gentleman below. He will provide you with a phone number for their fax. Then fax them your credit card number. The phone call is a dollar or two. He will charge your credit card for DM 69.80. When I did it the conversion rate was 1.95 and it came to a total of $35.69. Today the conversion is much better so it will be less.
