You mean today ? Most people nowadays do not remember the old duchies. They would say Sonneborn bei Gotha and Rudisleben bei Arnstadt in Thüringen. In the ancient times of course they spoke as you told: Arnstadt im Fürstentum Schwarzburg. I am not sure, if 1815, but some years later Arnstadt and Rudisleben were not in Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt but in Schwarzburg-Sondershausen. * Dieter
