John Henry ZIEGENFUSS b 1817 m Eleanore (Lenore, Lena) SAUNDERS b 1815. Although John Henry's birthplace may be Duesseldorf, he certainly had relatives in and near Silberhausen, near Muehlhausen. The two daughters were born at Silberhausen: Elisabeth b 1850 Magdalene or Mary Magdalene b 1853. The family was Roman Catholic. The family emigrated to US in June 1857.
