Judy, One workaround for this is to purchase a gift credit card in a small amount (or use a reloadable card with just enough to cover your microfilm costs) and use that in ordering. To all, As a director of a Family History Center in Bozeman, Montana, I can say that there are some patrons who do not own a computer at all and so they use the center computers which are secure to access the online film ordering site as needed. They may have to create a user id, etc to do the job.
