Most of your questions you will resolve by entering the links we have given you in our earlier mail, because you should find the German records of that time in the Pilsen (Plzen) archives. On the birth record the name of the parents are stated and you can go back then another generation. People did not move as much then, as they do now, and quite possibly you can find a whole string of ancestors in the Register of Trinksaifen which you can find under the Czech name of "Rudné, okres Nejdek" in the registers.
