The officers of CGSI were at the Czech Archives last Sept. They probably can tell you what archives will do; each one is sort of semi-autonomous. Last time I was in Plzen Archives, there was a sign on the door about the archives doing research. I can't read Czech well, but there was certainly a rate shown, so I am assuming....
