The notification I received said that with the now completed every name index for 1910, the collection was complete. I don't know what is new about it. Maybe they have been gradually adding more and more entries and now are just marketting this again to attract subscribtions. I don't find anything new to the period of 1860 - 1930, for my ancestors.
