A few days ago there was a thread about Galizien and the German migration to that area. In the 1600's Johann Georg Rudofsky (sp?) went the other way, from there to Bischofteinitz. Our family legend has it that he came from Rudow (sp?) in Galizien, but we have never located that town. There is one near Berlin and another in East Prussia. Ulrich H.
