I have found the town (Runarz) spelled Both Runarov and RunAjAov in Central eastern CZ near the Town (Olmitz) Olomouc. This area considered to be south Moravia. I know for cetain that is area was considered part of Sudetenland...and was heavily settled by German speaking people my family included who spoke German in the home.
