Hello, Dale - Could it be Rochlow? Try Shtetlseeker and you'll find Rochlow only about 5 or 6 miles SW of Tuschkau. In 1848 it had 33 houses with 228 German inhabitants and apparently parts of it belonged to the landholding of Tuschkau.
