There were quite a lot of Jungwirths from South Bohemia, especially around Glöckelberg (Zadni Zvonkova) who moved to St. Paul, Minnesota.  However, if you know for sure he was born in Habern, that probably won't help.  The records for that South Bohemia area, however, are in Trebon.
