If your ancestors were from Frank, Russia then I suggest contacting Maggie Hein, the Frank village coordiantor, who supervisors the data accumulated for this settlement. There are more village coordinators and I am sure Maggie will let you know all the details about the others. And if you are interested in the more recent history of Frank, you can ask me.
