Site Manager: Login Obituaries Heer and Jolliffe Mortuary Fort Morgan, Colorado 02-03-2007 Alma Ruth Schneider (November 16, 1920 -February 1, 2007) Alma Ruth Schneider Alma Ruth Schneider 86 Lifelong area resident, died Thursday, February 1, 2007 at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. She was born November 16, 1920 in Ft. Morgan to Jacob and Mary (Hoffman) Stroh. Alma married Harry Schneider on June 21, 1941 in Sidney, Nebraska. He died January 19, 1990. Alma enjoyed reading and bowling and was devoted to her grandchildren. Survivors include two sons, Mark and wife Barbara Schneider of Tucson, Arizona and Michael Schneider and Gayle Berry of Denver, one sister, Lydia Young of South Bend, Washington, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The grandchildren are Alexis Eversole and her daughter, Olive Rose Eversole of Portland, Oregon, Andrew Schneider of Denver, Amber Schneider and her daughter, Audrey Elizabeth Schneider of Tucson, Arizona, Jason Schneider of Tucson, Arizona and Melanie McLeod of Toway, California. Alma was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harry, five brothers, Daniel, George, Henry, Elmer and Jacob Stroh, six sisters, Mary Weiderspan, Anna Buttenob, Clara Nolan, Liz Crosthwait, Agnes Holleman and Kathryn Pettit. Graveside Memorial Services will be Friday, February 9, 2007 at 11:00 am at the Serenity Falls Columbarium in Ft. Morgan. Friends who wish may make contributions to Caring Ministries in Ft. Morgan.
