He was raised in Eaton, where he attended school until his graduation from Eaton High School in 1998. He worked for TCE of Greeley as a heavy equipment operator. He was active in sports and Future Farmers of America and was a lifelong member of Faith Lutheran Church. He loved snowboarding and cars. He enjoyed his rural heritage and being outdoors. He was a strong individual who touched many lives and the people he met were not strangers for long. Survivors: His mother, MaryBeth Groves and his father, Phillip Leffler; two sisters, Andrea Bauer and Ashley Leffler; his grandparents, Victor and Elizabeth Leffler; a niece, Taylor Bauer; 25 aunts and uncles; 28 cousins and numerous second cousins. Preceded in death by: His grandparents, Jack and Bev Groves and an aunt, Ann Bales. Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Faith Lutheran Church in Eaton.
