Hello, I am new to the list and researching my Lipphardt family who moved from Norka to Schaffhausen (the northernmost village on the Volga). I already have the data from the 1767 List of Colonists, the Norka census of 1775, 1798 and 1834. I also have the data from the Schaffhausen census of 1798, 1810, and 1835. Family moved to Russian city of Bugulma around 1910 before fleeing in 1919 to Vladivostok, Harbin, Tsingtao & Shanghai. Evacuated in 1949 to refugee camp in Philippines with family dispersing to Australia, Germany, Brazil, Surinam, Venezuela and United States.
