All of my ancestors were Germans from Russia and I am interested in knowing if anyone else is researching the same family lines. I am researching the following names. . * Dalhaimer, Dalheimer, Thalheimer-Christopher Thalheimer was one of the founding members of Mariental, Russia. His descendent Johannes Dalheimer (my paternal grandfather) immigrated through Ellis Island with his wife Clementine Hermann Thalheimer in 1913 and 1918. They were born In Mariental and married there in 1912. * My grandmother Sophie Reimer immigrated with her parents Philip and Anna Maria not once, but twice through Ellis Island in 1903 and 1922. They settled in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Sophie married Fred Herzog in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. All of them came from Reinwald, Russia although I have not yet located Fred's name on a passenger list. I am also pursuing information on the following names since I have ties to these families: Gusman from Orbach, Russia; Bauer from Schaeffer, Russia; Spbes (?) Mariental, Russia.
