Aims are to identify chromosomal regions containing genes that modify age-of-onset of PSEN2 mutation carriers (Volga German kindreds with the N141I mutation); identify chromosomal regions containing genes modifying age-of-onset in (PSEN1) mutation carriers; and characterize the relationship between APOE haplotypes and familial AD in the presence of other covariates.
