Billings Gazette Billings, MT 2 Aug 2007 Shirley O. (Lamphear) Hoffman, 71, of Billings, left this world on July 31, 2007, at Billings Clinic. She was born on Aug. 13, 1935. She was preceded in death by husband Charles H. Hoffman Sr. and son Charles H. Hoffman Jr. Shirley is survived by her children, Fred (Val), Jane (Don), Donna (Leonard), Robert "Bob" (Sandy), Floyd and Tammy (Phillip); 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother Herb; sisters Donna and LaVonna; and numerous other children she came to love as her own. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 4, at Park City Cemetery. A family gathering will follow at Fred and Val's home. Michelotti-Sawyers was in charge of cremation and arrangements.
