The list of surname charts on the AHSGR web site includes information on charts where someone has personally sent the information to AHSGR. In other words, Dr. Pleve's liason in this country does not pass on information. So if the person receiving the chart doesn't have email and someone doesn't notify AHSGR for them, or doesn't choose to notify AHSGR, the chart info isn't on the list.
