Casper Star Tribune Casper, WY 26 Aug 2007 Victor 'Vic' Wagner LINGLE -- Graveside services for Victor "Vic" Wagner, 95, will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2007 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Lingle. Visitation will be at the Colyer Funeral Home in Torrington on Monday from 1 to 7 p.m. He died on Aug. 23, 2007 at Golden Living Center in Scottsbluff, Neb. He was born Victor Wilhelm Wagner, the son of Heinrich and Katherine (Eurich) Wagner in Russell, Kan., in 1912. The family then moved to Scottsbluff, Neb., and then to Lingle in the 1930's. He met Henrietta Koch and the two were married in Gering, Neb., in 1935. He went to work at the mines in Sunrise, where he stayed until retirement in 1977. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and carpentry work. Survivors include his daughter and her husband, Vicki Small of Torrington; his son and his wife, William of Gilbert, Ariz., two brothers, Ted and Albert Wagner of Torrington and Riverton and two sisters, Alma Schmidt and Edith Nab, both of Michigan; eight grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, five brothers, one sister, and one son. Memorials can be made out to Prairie Haven Hospice. Arrangements are under the direction of the Colyer Funeral Home.
