My aunt, born in Yagodnaya Polyana Russia lived to be almost 104 Years, 188 Days, my dad, 3 days shy of 94. Most others in my dad's family was late 80's to mid 90's My doctor told me it's the sauerkraut, he himself is oriental but has kraut 4 times a week for health reasons only, he actually hates it but endures.
