Wyoming-Eagle Tribune Cheyenne, WY 1 Aug 2007 Frank A. Kaiser, 68, of Cheyenne died July 28 at the Davis Hospice Center after a battle with cancer. He was born May 6, 1939, in Chadron, Neb. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a volunteer at Cheyenne Frontier Days. Mr. Kaiser is survived by his son, Hansel "Tiny" Kaiser of Cheyenne; three sisters, Dena Lucas, Linda Rupert, both of San Jose, Calif., and Wonda Bastible of Redwood City, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mebel Pahlow and his father, William N. Kaiser. A celebration of his life will be 5 p.m. Sunday at 8405 Red Fox Road in Cheyenne.
