Weber, Carol K., August 28, 1944- July 9, 2014 Scottsbluff Star Herald Scottsbluff, Nebraska 13 Jul 2914 Carol K. Weber of Lincoln and longtime resident of Scottsbluff, passed away on July 9, 2014. Carol was born August 28, 1944 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Hank and Marie Ehrhart. She graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 1962. She married George Weber and they had one son, Jason. In 1977, she opened Ample Annie’s, a clothing store for women. After the store closed, she was employed by Harbourton Mortgage and then retired from Aurora Loan Services in 2012. Carol loved cooking, reading, quilting and loved the Colorado aspen in the fall. She was active in many civic organizations in the community throughout her career as a businesswoman. Carol is survived by her son, Jason (Lana) Weber; brother, Jim (Janet) Ehrhart; grandson, Brendan Gillming; close friend, George Weber; and nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and most recently, her brother, Ed Ehrhart. Cremation has taken place. A private family celebration of her life will be held at a later date. A memorial has been established to Emma’s Closet at the Cancer Treatment Center at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff and tributes of sympathy may be left at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home at www.lincolnfh.com
