Ehrlich, David Keith, Dec. 26, 1948- Nov. 18, 2014 Scottsbluff Star Herald Scottsbluff, Nebraska 20 Nov 2014 David Keith Ehrlich, 65 of Gering, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014. His funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 21, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Calvary Memorial Evangelical Free Church in Gering with Pastor Gary Hashley officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 1-8 p.m. at Gering Memorial Chapel. Memorials may be given to the family to be designated at a later date. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.geringchapel.com. David was born on Dec. 26, 1948 in Scottsbluff to Harry and Esther (Krueger) Ehrlich. He attended school in Gering valley, graduating from Scottsbluff High Special Ed. David favorite hobbies were working with his sister in the yard, collecting airplanes and going to Fresh Foods and the airport to drink coffee. David lived and served for the Lord and was active in his church. He loved his dog, Mike. David is survived by his mother Esther, Gering; sister Harriett Curtis, Gering; two nieces Robin Otzel, Morrill and Sheri Strodtman, Bridgeport; one nephew Mark Curtis, Papillion,; six great nephews and two great nieces. He was preceded in death by his father Harry Ehrlich.
