She is preceded in death by her father, Roy Don Jeter, and one sister, Dana Ranee Jeter. Survivors include her mother, Jane Jeter of Seymour, Texas; two daughters, Monica(Nathan) Marston and Whitney Frank; and one son, Jakob Frank, all of Billings; and two grandchildren, Aubrey and Layne Marston. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, at St. Pius Church in Billings with a reception to follow.
