    3. Koehler, Donna Ruth, Aug. 6, 1939- Feb. 13, 2014 The Tribune Greeley, Colorado 16 Feb 2014 Donna Ruth Koehler, 74, of Windsor, died Feb. 13, 2014 in Loveland. She was born Aug. 6, 1939, in Sterling, to Jacob and Kathryn (Fritzler) Amen. Donna graduated from Crook High School in 1957, as Valedictorian of her class. She attended Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, for a year. She married the love of her live and high school sweetheart, Arlen Koehler, on May 29, 1958, in Thornton. They lived in Crook, Proctor, Wray, and finally settled in Windsor, in 1963, where she lived until her death. She was employed by Windsor school district for 30 years as school bus driver. Donna enjoyed being with family and friends, and loved them very much. She enjoyed going to and supporting all her kids and grandkids in their activities. Besides her family, she loved her bus kids and enjoyed reading, sewing, playing cards, camping, game shows and word searches. Donna is survived by her husband, Arlen Koehler of Windsor; children, Dean (Kat) Koehler of Windsor, Renae (Brian) Thompson of Wis., and Jolene (Jerrod) Schneider of Windsor; grandchildren, Erin Christensen of Severance, Heidi (Devon) Denson of Colorado Springs, Andrea (Chris) Miller of S.C., Bridget Koehler of Neb., Curtis Koehler of Windsor, and Kylee and Emily Thompson of Wis.; great-grandchildren, Ciara and Madi Medina of Severance, Danae Christensen and Derell Denson of Colorado Springs, and Rylee, Aubrey and Carter Miller of S.C.; siblings, Ed (Carol) Amen of Merino, Judy (Larry) Scheuerman of Windsor, and Jim (Beth) Amen of Windsor. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deanna Ruth; brothers, Jake, Elmer, Robert and Larry; sisters, Lillian, Mildred and Junie; and parents, Jacob and Kathryn Amen, and Reuben and Amelia Koehler. A graveside inurnment service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, at Lakeview Cemetery, Windsor. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m., at Faith United Church of Christ, 1020 Walnut St., Windsor. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith United Church of Christ in Windsor and the Windsor Lions Club Scholarship Fund, in care of Marks Funeral & Cremation Service, 9293 Eastman Park Dr., Windsor, CO, 80550.
